BioPosture™ BioMemoryFoam™

BioPosture™ BioMemoryFoam™ is the foam used in the exclusive BioPosture™ mattresses designed by Doctors of Chiropractic and other Medical Professionals using over 30 years of research and experience. These mattresses were created to provide the ultimate in comfort and support, as well as the optimum spinal alignment by incorporating the patented 7 Zone Neutral Support System.

BioPosture™ BioMemoryFoam™ is a proprietary foam formula incorporating 100% natural plant-based oils, replacing a significant portion of the petro-chemicals that are present in all visco-elastic foam mattresses. BioPosture™ foam is made in America, and is made without any halogens, formaldehyde and latex.

Each BioPosture™ mattress and pillow is covered with a bamboo blend ticking, a rapidly renewable resource that also has hypo-allergenic, anti-bacterial, anti-microbial and anti-fungal properties.

Each BioPosture™ mattress is made to order. There is no inventory and therefore no utility costs associated with warehousing. Each mattress is manufactured when it is ordered, so there is never any inventory sitting in a warehouse exposed to the elements or insects. This also allows Doctors of Chiropractic the option of providing a Letter of Medical Necessity to eliminate the Federally mandated Flame Retardant “Sock” for their patients who are allergic to those chemicals.

BioMemoryFoam™ is “baked” in a “zero emissions chamber”, eliminating any by-product gases from being released into the atmosphere. This is the same foam used in all BioPosture™ pillows.

The finished “blocks” of BioMemoryFoam™ are transported 20 minutes to Corona, CA where they are cut to size and layered, using water-based adhesives. Foam block trimmings are captured and reused as pre-consumer recycled material in the bottom support layer of each BioPosture™ mattress.

The Corona, CA plant employs workers on a 4 day/10 hour manufacturing schedule, saving 20% of the commutation gasoline of a normal 5 day/8 hour work week.

Each BioPosture™ is compressed to 15% of its height, rolled, vacuum-sealed, and then packed in a biodegradable canvas “duffel bag” for shipping. Each BioPosture™ mattress is then one-stop shipped UPS (or comparable) directly to the purchaser, providing the lowest possible transport carbon footprint.
