BioPosture™ 20 Year Limited WarrantySleep Analytics, Inc. warrants the purchaser of this BioPosture™ BioMemoryFoam™ Mattress that it will be free from defects in workmanship for a period of twenty (20) years from the original date of its purchase. This limited warranty does not cover normal wear which includes the additional increase of foam softness or decrease of the foam recovery. All foam, regardless of chemical composition, will lose some of its resiliency (memory) during its life. This is normal and not included in the warranty applicable to this product. Any such changes in the foam over time will not compromise the comfort or the pressure relieving capabilities of the mattress. The warranty will cover mattresses with a visible indentation of greater than three-quarters (.75) of an inch. The warranty will not cover mattresses that are used on improper surfaces that are creating a sag in the surface. A request for information on your foundation and the quality may be requested. Our mattress must be used with an approved foundation to meet the CFR1633 fire standards. All warranties contained herein shall not apply if the mattress, foundation, or cover has been physically abused, damaged, burned, stained, cut or torn. This warranty is valid only to the original purchaser of the product. Year One (1) to Ten (10) – The BioPosture™ BioMemoryFoam™ Mattress will be either replaced or repaired if deemed defective, at the discretion of Sleep Analytics, Inc. The transportation charges for replacement or repairs will be the responsibility of the purchaser. The mattress cover is warranted for two years from the date of purchase. The warranty covers only defects in material or workmanship on the mattress cover. Year Eleven (11) to Twenty (20) – The warranty during this time is prorated based on the year it is presented as defective. If it is repairable, the purchaser will be charged a handling cost, or if replaceable, the prorated amount plus transportation (valid for both scenarios) will be charged. The replacement charges will be at 50% of the original purchase price for the eleventh year. Starting year twelve to twenty, there will be an increase replacement charge of 5% additional per year. The warranty is only valid with the original registered purchaser of the BioPosture™ BioMemoryFoam™ Mattress. The mattress warranty is void if not registered within 30 days from purchase or if the mattress is not purchased through an authorized BioPosture™ BioMemoryFoam™ retailer and/or a referring BioPosture™ BioMemoryFoam™ Chiropractor. BioPosture™ BioMemoryFoam™ Pillows have a Five (5) Year Limited Warranty. Please note that pillows may not be returned or exchanged for any reason other than a manufacturer’s defect in materials or workmanship. Contact BioPosture™ Customer Service at 1 877 246 1510 for additional information. 30-Night Satisfaction GuaranteeIn order to ensure the sleeping comfort of all our valued customers, BioPosture offers a 30-Night Satisfaction Guarantee when you purchase a BioPosture™ BioMemoryFoam™ mattress. If you are not 100% thrilled with your mattress, you can call BioPosture and we will arrange to pick it up, no questions asked. Please read the details of the policy below. The trial period begins the night of your delivery. Because this is a new bed and possibly a new type of sleeping comfort for you, we strongly recommend that you give it at least a 25 night “breaking-in” period. During this time you must follow the care instructions on your warranty card. Remember that your bedding purchase is an investment in your comfort and health. If within the first 30 nights you are not completely satisfied with the sleeping comfort of the bedding you have purchased from BioPosture™ we will gladly arrange for pick up of the unit. You must notify BioPosture™ before the 30th night if you decide that you must return the mattress. No returns will be authorized after the 30th night. BioPosture™ retains the right to determine the method of pick-up. If the customer sends the product back without authorization or chooses their own method of transportation, they will be responsible for all costs incurred. It is the customer’s responsibility to have the product boxed and have it ready for pick-up. The bed must be in like new condition - no holes, stains or odors such as cigarette for full credit less the Service Fee. The Service Fee for the pick-up of a BioPosture mattress is $89, which is much less than the leading brand. Please keep in mind that a worn out foundation or box spring may not allow you to realize the maximum comfort from your new mattress, and may void your warranty. This 30 Night Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply to the following items: Custom Sizes, Mattress Toppers, Electric Beds and Bedding Related Products (which shall include, but not be limited to Sheets, Mattress Pads and Protectors, Pillows and Protectors and Comforters), when and if these products are offered. The mattress must be used on a surface (foundation, platform bed, etc.) that provides adequate support. Failure to provide adequate support may void the warranty. For any mattress, queen size or larger used with a foundation and frame, the frame must have center support. Use of a frame without center support may void the warranty. Please consult your warranty card for further instructions. Keep this receipt and your warranty card in a safe place. In the event that BioPosture™ offers clearance or floor samples, all clearance items/floor samples are sold “AS IS” and are final sales. No exchanges and no refunds on clearance/floor samples/custom size bedding. * BioPosture™ has the right in its sole discretion to refuse removal of customer's existing bedding in the event it is stained; bug infested or has any other unsanitary conditions. In such event and in BioPosture™ sole discretion, the customer's bedding may be placed at curbside to be disposed of by the customer or a private or public waste removal company or left at the premises. BioPosture™ does not assume any liability or responsibility for bedding left at curbside, within or on the premises or for any unsanitary conditions.
