60-Good Nights’ Sleep Comfort Guarantee

BioPosture provides you with 60 days to sleep on your new mattress. This will give you the time you need to fully adjust to this improved sleep experience. This is especially important for those individuals who have been sleeping on a conventional inner spring mattress and have now transitioned to BioPosture BioMemory Foam. While most customers report feeling the support and comfort they expected from the first night, research indicates that you may require a minimum of 30 days, and possibly longer, to allow your body to make a complete adjustment.

If for any reason you decide that the BioPosture mattress is not the correct mattress for you, call us and, at our discretion, we will make arrangements to exchange it or refund your purchase price. BioPosture will make this determination based upon an in-depth review and analysis of what you liked and did not like. If we choose to exchange the BioPosture Mattress, you will be provided with one of equal or greater value. The charge to do the Comfort Exchange will be $100.00. Should we decide to refund your purchase price, you will receive that purchase price minus all shipping costs and the $300.00 return fee, at the end of the 60-Good Nights’ Sleep Comfort Guarantee Period.

In order to ensure the sleeping comfort of all our valued customers, BioPosture will offer one comfort exchange, at our discretion, when you purchase a mattress (subject to exceptions set forth below). Please keep in mind that a worn out foundation or box spring may not allow you to realize the maximum comfort from your new mattress, and will void your warranty. Your 60-Good Nights’ Sleep Comfort Guarantee Period begins the night of your delivery.

Because this is a new bed and possibly a new type of sleeping comfort for you, we strongly recommend that you expect a “breaking-in” period. During this time you must follow the care instructions on your warranty card. Remember that your bedding purchase is an investment in your comfort and health.

BioPosture will arrange for the transportation. BioPosture retains the right to determine the method of shipment. If the customer sends the product back without authorization or chooses their own method of transportation, the customer will be responsible for any and all costs incurred.

It is the customer’s responsibility to have the product boxed and have it ready for pick-up. The bed must be in like-new condition- no holes, stains, tears or odors, such as cigarette smoke- for full credit, less applicable charges. No comfort exchange will be made after the 60th night.

Limit one 60 night comfort trial only.

All comfort exchange requests must be made within 50 nights from the original date of delivery and the exchange must be made before the end of the 60th night.

No refunds will be made before the end of the 60 night trial period, and any refunds will only be made after BioPosture has received confirmation that the mattress has been received in satisfactory condition.

THIS COMFORT EXCHANGE OFFER IS NOT APPLICABLE TO THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:

Custom sizes, Mattress Toppers, Electric Beds, Foundations, Clearance Beds, and Bedding Related Products (which shall include, but not be limited to Sheets, Mattress Pads and Protectors, Pillows and Protectors and Comforters), when and if these products are offered.

Manufacturers' warranties may require that customer rotate the mattress. The mattress must be used on a surface (foundation, platform bed, etc.) that provides adequate support. Failure to provide adequate support will void the warranty. For any mattress, queen size or larger, used with a foundation and frame, the frame must have a center support. Use of a frame without a center support will void the warranty. Please consult your warranty card for further instructions. Keep this receipt and your warranty card in a safe place.

If BioPosture is facilitating an initial delivery via a public trucking company, delivery charges may apply.

In the event that BioPosture offers clearance items they are sold “AS IS” and are final sales. No exchanges and no refunds will be made.

In its sole discretion, BioPosture has the right to refuse removal of customer's existing bedding. Reasons for this refusal include (but would not be limited to) stained, bug infested or any other unsanitary conditions. In such event and in BioPosture’s sole discretion, the customer's bedding may be placed at curbside to be disposed of by the customer or a private or public waste removal company or left at the premises. BioPosture does not assume any liability or responsibility for bedding left at curbside, within or on the premises or for any unsanitary conditions. BioPosture does not assume any liability or responsibility for non-removal of customer’s existing frame.

Special Services: White Glove Delivery Services may be available in certain areas, at an additional cost. Please call your Relationship manager at 1 877 246 1510 for additional information. White Glove Delivery is mandatory with the purchase of Electric/Adjustable Foundations. Financing may be available for qualifying buyers. Please ask your Relationship Manager for details.

Cancellations: The customer has three (3) business days to cancel their order without incurring a Cancellation Fee. Because each BioPosture Mattress is made only when it is ordered and the process of manufacturing the mattress begins upon receipt of the order, any order cancelled after three (3) business days will incur a 30% Cancellation Fee.
